Thoma Bravo Raises $7.6 Billion Fund For Software, Technology Investments
San Francisco-based private equity investor Thoma Bravo says it has completed its fundraising for its latest fund, Thoma Bravo Fund XII, closing the fund at $7.6 illion. The new funding, which Thoma Bravo said was "significantly oversubscribed", is targeted ati nvestments in the software and technology sector. Thoma Bravo said that, since 2003, it has completed more than 140 software and technology-enabled service acquisitions from its prior funds, totaling $30 billion in enterprise value; the company's recent investments include Qlik, Riverbed, and SolarWinds.
