Zendesk Opens Office In India
San Francisco-based Zendesk, the developer of customer relationship management (CRM) software, said it has opened up a new office in India. According to Zendesk, the new office will be located in Begaluru, and will be headed by KT Prasad, who was formerly an executive at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Zendesk did not say how many it wil employ in the new location. The company said it now has offices in 11 cities worldwide, with more than 1,500 employees. The company said its customers in India include Ola, Shaadi.com, OLX and Pharmeasy.
