Salesforce Acquires Krux
San Francisco-based Salesforce is acquiring marketing data company Krux, Flux announced on Monday afternoon The deal is reported to be worth around $700M, according to the WSJ, which first reported the deal. Flux is also based in San Francisco, and is led by Tom Chavez. Flux said it will extend Salesforce Market Cloud's audience segmentation and targeting capabilities.
