Atipica, a developer of machine learning software used to located job applicants and talent, has raised $2M in a seed funding round. The funding was led by True Ventures, and also included Kapor Capital and Precursor Ventures, along with angels David Windley (Yahoo!), Matt Sanford (Twitter), and Ellen Pao (Reddit). Atpica is led by Laura I. Gomez, who previously served at Twitter, Jawbone, and YouTube.
