Workspot Lands $6.2M For Virtual Desktop Software
Cupertino-based Workspot, which develops virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) software used by the enterprise, has raised $6.2M in a Series B funding. The funding was led by Presidio Ventures, and also included Follow[the]Seed, Helion, Translink, and WTI. Workspot's software delivers applications, desktops, and data from enterprises to smartphones, the Mac, and PCs. The company is led by CEO Amitabh Sinha.
