Conversica Picks Up $34M For AI Software
Foster City-based artificial intelligence software developer Conversica announced this morning that it has raised $34M in a Series B funding round. The company develops AI software used for sales and marketing. The funding came from Providence Strategic Growth Capital Partners LLC, a n affiliate of Providence Equity Partners, along with Toba Capital, Wellington Financial LP and Recruit Holdings Co., Ltd., plus Kennet Partners. Gopi Vaddi of PSG and Wilder Ramsey of Toba Capital join the company's board with the funding. Conversica is led by CEO Alex Terry.
