Jiff Acquired By Castlight Health
Palo Alto-based enterprise healthcare benefits management software Jiff has been acquired by Castlight Health, the companies said this morning. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Jiff is venture backed by Venrock, Aberdare Ventures, and Aeris Capital, among others, and developed software to help employees manage their health benefits. Jiff had raised around $42M in funding.
