Thoma Bravo Completes LANDESK Sale
San Francisco-based private equity investor Thoma Bravo said on Monday that it has completed its sale of IT operations and security software developer LANDESK, to Clearlake Capital Group. Financial details of the sale were not announced by the private equity companies involved in the deal. Thoma Bravo acquired LANDESK in 2010. Thoma Bravo said it was advisd by Kirkland & Ellis LLP in the deal, with UBS Investmet Bank serving as financial advisor. Thoma Bravo acquired LANDESK back in 2010.
