SoFi Acquires Zenbanx
San Francisco-based SoFi, which offers up online student loan refinancing, hsa acquired Zenbanx, a mobile banking service provider. Financial details of the deal were not announced. SoFi said it would use the acquisition to "supercharge" its banking product development. Zenbanx was founded by former ING Direct CEO Arkadi Kuhlmann.
