MuleSoft Files For IPO
San Francisco-based MuleSoft, the developer of cloud API software for the enterprise which is led by Greg Schott, filed for an IPO on Friday, saying that it is looking to raise up to $100M in an IPO on the New York Stock Exchange. The company has filed to trade as MULE. MuleSoft's IPO is being underwritten by Goldman Sachs & Co., J.P. Morgan, BofA Merrill Lynch, Allen & Company LLC, Barclays, Jefferies, Cannacord Genuity, Piper Jaffray, and William Blair. MuleSoft is venture backed by Lightspeed Venture Partners (17.1 percent ownership), Hummer Winblad (15.8), New Enterprise Associates (14.3), Morgenthaler Partners (7.5), Sapphire Ventures (6.8), Bay Partners (6.3), along with others.
