Read It Later
, the developers of mobile content discovery app
Pocket
. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. Mozilla said the buy is its first strategic acquisition. Pocket will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Mozilla Corporation, and part of Mozilla's open source projects. Read It Later was venture backed by Baseline Ventures, Foundation Capital, Founder Collective, and Google Venture.s
