Intel Acquires MobileEye For $15.3 Billion
Santa Clara-based Intel announced this morning that it has acquired Israeli-based computer vision and machine learning company MobileEye, in a deal worth approximately $15.3 billion in equity. Mobileeye develops technology used for autonomous driving. Intel said it would pay $63.54 per share in cash for all oustanding shares of MobileEye, which is based in Jerusalem, Israel.
