MuleSoft Prices IPO At $17.00 Per Share
San Francisco-based MuleSoft priced its IPO on Thursday night, saying that it will offer up 13,000,000 shares of its stock at $17 per share. The company priced above an earlier, estimated IPO range of $12.00 and $14.00 per share. The IPO offering will raise $221M for the company, and values the company at approximately $2.1 billion. The company begins trading as MULE on the New York Stock Exchange this morning. MuleSoft is venture backed by Lightspeed Venture Partners, Hummer Winblad, New Enterprise Associates, Morgenthaler Partners, Sapphire Ventures, and Bay Partners.
