Birst Acquired By Infor
San Francisco-based Birst, a developer of business intelligence tools, has been acquired by New York-based Infor. Financial terms of the buy were not announced, however, reports place the deal at around $100M. Birst was venture backed by Wellington Management Company LLP, Sequoia Capital, Hummer Winblad, DAG Ventures and Northgate Capital.
