TapClicks Acquires Raven Tools, Raises $3M
San Jose-based enterprise marketing reporting software developer TapClicks said on Thursday that it has acquired Raven Tools, a developer of Internet marketing software. The company also disclosed it has raised $3M in funding from Saas Capital. Financial details of the buy of Raven Tools was not announced, and other details on the funding from Saas Capital were not disclosed. Saas Capital typically provides venture debt, rather than equity, funding, but the companies did not detail information on tihs particular transaction. Raven was based in Nashville, and provided automated reporting for the digital marketing, SEO, SEM and social media area. TapClicks is led by founder and CEO Babak Hedayati.
