Golden Gate Capital
has acquired
20-20 Technologies
, a developer of software for interior space planning. Financial terms of the buy were not announced. 20-20 Technologies is based in Westwood, Mass, and was founded in 1987. 20-20's software is used by home improvement retailers and manufacturers, along with local, independent kitchen and bathroom dealers. 2020 was advised by William Blair & Company LLC, as well as Sidley Austin. Golden Gate was advised by Kirkland & Ellis and Nob Hill Law Group. The deal was funded by debt financing from Goldman Sachs Specialty Lending Group.
