Tintri, a developer of enterprise, cloud-based storage software which provides public cloud-like capabilities within a data center, has filed for an IPO, saying it is looking to raise up to $100M on the NASDAQ Global Select Market. The company has applied to list as TNTR. Tintri's IPO is being underwritten by Morgan Stanley, BofA Merrill Lynch, Pacific Crest Securities, Needham & Company, Piper Jaffray, Raymond James, and William Blair. Tintri is backed by NEA, Silver Lake Kraftwerk, Insight Venture Partners, Lightspeed Ventures, and Menlo Ventures. Tintri's CEO is Ken Klein.
