Verific Buys Product Line From Invionics
Alameda-based Verific Design Automation, a developer of verification tools used in the semiconductor industry, has acquired the INVIO product line from Inovionics Software, the companies said on Monday. Financial details of the agreement were not disclosed. The two said Verific will acquire the entire INVIO technology portfolio, including a research and development group. Verific and INVIO's software is used for SystemVerilog and VHDL verification efforts by semiconductor developers.
