San Francisco-based
YL Ventures, the seed stage venture fund which is headquartered in Silicon Valley, but invests in Israeli companies, said this week that it has added two new people to its advisory board. The company said it has added Andy Ellis, Chief Security Officer at Akamai Technologies, and Amichai Shulman, co-founder and CTO of Imperva, to its advisory board. YL Ventures recently closed a $75M, third fund which it says it will invest in seed-stage Israeli companies in such sectors as cybersecurity, enterprise software, autonomous vehicles, drone technologies and VR/AR.
