San Francisco-based
Polybit, the company which develops the
StdLib software API platform, says it has raised $2M in a seed funding round. The funding was led by BlueYard Capital, and also included Liquid 2 Ventures, the investment firm run by Joe Montana, Astron Motes (Dropbox), Michael Dabrowski (Synthego), and the Nordic Makers Venture Group, which includes David Helgason, the founder of Unity. The investors also included early, Heroku engineering team members, who were not named by Polybit. Keith Horwood is the founder and CEO of Polybit.
