Make.TV, a German developer of cloud-based, live video acquisition software has raised $8.5M in a Series A funding. The funding came from Voyager Capital, Microsoft Ventures, Vulcan Capital, and Arnold Ventures. Make.TV's plaform allows online publishers, broadcasters, and others to acquire and curate user-generated and other live video from mobile phones and other devices. The company has an office in Los Altos.
