Google Acquires Halli Labs
Mountain View-based Google has acquired Halli Labs, a startup developing artificial intelligence and machine learning technology. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. Halli Labs, which was based in Bangalore, India, said it had the "goal of applying modern AI and ML techniques to old problems and domains". Halli Labs had only formally launched in May.
