Seagate Sells ClusterStor Business To Cray
Cupertino-based storage products maker Seagate and supercomputer maker Cray said this week that Seagate will sell its ClusterStor product line to Cray, transferring more than 100 Seagate employees and contractors to Cray as part of the deal. Cray said it will continue to support and enhance the ClusterStor product line. Financial terms of the sale were not announced. The two said Seagate and Cray will collaborate on future ClusterStor products.
