Report: Dropbox Nears IPO, Taps Goldman Sachs For Filing
San Francisco-based Dropbox has taken one more step towards a possible IPO, and is about to hire Goldman Sachs Group to prepare its IPO filing, according to a report on Thursday from Bloomberg. Bloomberg cited "people familiar with the matter" for the report. The IPO could reportedly be filed as soon as this year. The selection of Goldman Sachs Group apparently is not yet final.
