Xactly Now Part Of Vista Equity
San Jose-based Xactly, which develops cloud-based performance management software, is now owned by private equity investor Vista Equity, the two said this morning. The deal had originally been announced on May 30th. Xactly had previously been listed on the NYSE. Xactly was advised by J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in the deal; Vista was advised by Kirkland & Ellis LLP.
