Yelp Selling Eat24 To Grubhub For $287.5M
San Francisco-based restaurant reviews site Yelp and Grubhub said Thursday that Yelp will sell its Eat24 food ordering and delivery service to Grubhub. The two said that Grubhub will pay $287.5M in cash to acquire Eat24. The deal also calls for Yelp to integrate online ordering from all of Grubhub's restaurants into its platform.
