PayPal Acquires Swift Financial
San Jose-based PayPal said on Thursday that it has acquired Swift Financial, a provider of working capital to small businesses in the United States. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. According to PayPal it will use the buy to boost its PayPal Working Capital product. Swift Financial was headquartered in Wilmington, Delaware.
