Respond Software Gets $12M
Mountain View-based Respond Software, which develops automated, cybersecurity analysis software, said today that it has raised $12M in a Series A funding. The funding was led by CRV, and also included Foundation Capital. Respond Software was founded by Mike Armistead (co-founder of Fortify), Robert Hipps and Chris Calvert.
