Cyphort Acquired By Juniper Networks
Santa Clara-based malware defense software developer Cyphort has been acquired by Juniper Networks, the two said on Thursday, in an effort to strengthen Juniper's Sky Advanced Threat Prevention (ATP). Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. Cyphort was venture backed by Sapphire Ventures, Trinity Ventures, Foundation Capital and Matrix Partners.
