ForgeRock Finds $88M
San Francisco-based ForgeRock, a developer of digital identity management software, said this morning that it has raised $88M in a Series D funding. The funding was led by Accel, and also included KKR, along with Meritech Capital Partners and Foundation Capital. Accel's Arun Mathew and KKR's Dave Welsh joins the company's board as part of the funding, along with Accel's Bruce Golden. ForgeRock says it has now raised $140M in total. Mike Ellis is CEO of ForgeRock.
