Natilus, which is manufacturing very large, drone aircraft intended to transport freight across the world, has raised a second round of seed funding, the company said today. According to Natilus, it received a second seed funding from Starburst Ventures, Seraph Group, Gelt VC, Outpost Capital and Draper Associates. The company is developing very large drones--currently, a 12,000 pound drone with a capacity of 2 tons--with plans to eventually create a 950,000 pound airplane which can carry 120 tons across the Pacific. Aleksey Matyushev is the CEO of Natilus. The company has not announced how much it has raised in its two seed funding round.
