McAfee Acquires Skyhigh Networks
Santa Clara-based McAfee and Campbell-based Skyhigh Networks announced this morning that McAfee will acquire Skyhigh in a business combination. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Skyhigh CEO Rajiv Gupta will head up McAfee's new cloud business unit as a result of the acquisition. Skyhigh Networks was venture backed by Thomvest Partners, Greylock Partners and Sequoia Capital. The company had raised more than $100M in total funding.
