Drawbridge Health Gets Backing From GE Ventures
Menlo Park-based Drawbridge Health, a new startup focused on healthcare technology and personal diagnostic testing, has launched with the backing of GE Ventures. According to GE, Drawbridge Health is developing proprietary technology designed to integrate draw, collection and sample stabilization into a single device. Financial details of GE's backing were not announced. GE and Drawbridge said Drawbridge's technology eliminates the need for phlebotomy and travel to blood draw centers.
