San Francisco-based log monitoring and analytics software developer
Loggly has been acquired by Austin, Texas-based
SolarWinds, a developer of IT management software. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Loggly, which was based in San Francisco, was venture backed by Cisco Corp., Data Collective, Matrix Partners, Trinity Ventures, and True Ventures. Loggly had raised more than $28.2M in total funding since 2010.
