Roofstock, the online marketplace which lets investors buy and sell single-family rental homes, says it has bumped its Series C funding round to $42M, up from an earlier $35M it announced in October of 2017. According to Roofstock, the new funding came from SVB Capital and Asia Pacific Land Ltd. The company has now raised $75.25M in total. The company's other investors include Khosla Ventures, Bain Capital Ventures, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Canvas Ventures, QED Investors, Nyca Partners, and FJ Labs.
