Trifacta Takes $48M More For Data Software
San Francisco-based Trifacta, a developer of "data wrangling" tools, has raised $48M in a new funding round, according to the company. The funding came from Columbia Pacific, Deutsche Borse, Ericsson, Google, and New York Life plus existing investors Accel, Cathay Innovation, Greylock Partners, Ignition Partners, and Ridge Ventures. The company says it has now raised $124M in funding. The company's software is used to help prepare data for use in big data and other data anlytics tools. Adam Wilson is CEO of Trifacta.
