San Francisco-based
IvyMark, a provider of software tools for running interior design businesses, has been acquired by Palo Alto-based
Houzz, the two companies said on Tuesday. Financial details of the buy were not announced. Ivymark had offered up an online platform that helped interior designers manage billing, proposals, payment, scheduling, accounting, and much more.
