Zscaler, which develops cloud security appliances, has filed for a $100M IPO, saying that it has applied to list on The Nasdaq Global Market as ZS. The IPO is being underwritten by Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs & Co., BofA Merrill Lynch, Barclays, Deutsche Bank Securities, Credit Suisse, UBS Investment Bank, Baird, BTIG, Needham & Company, and Stephens, Inc.
