eBay Acquires Qoo10.jp
San Jose-based eBay announced on Tuesday that it has acquired the Japanese business of Giosis, including Qoo10.jp. Financial details of the deal were not announced. According to eBay, as a result of the transaction, it will relinquish its investment in the non-Japanese businesses of Giosis. GiosisPte. Ltd operates localized marketplaces across Asia.
