Ponddy Education Finds $6M For AI-Driven Chinese Learning Software
San Jose-based Ponddy Education, a developer of artificial intelligence-driven, language learning software--with a focus on Chinese--said it has raised $6M in a Series A funding. The company is led by Frank Chen, who previously founded RIQ Technology, Turnstone System (IPO in 2000), and Neon SA. The funding came from Chenco Holding Co., led by Derek Chen; the company's other angel investor is Dr. Liu Xin in (MBDK Investment Management).
