Marketo Buys Bizible
San Francisco-based Marketo said on Monday that it has acquired
Seattle-based Bizible, a developer of marketing performance management software. Financial terms of the buy were not announced. Marketo said the buys is its "largest acquisition" in its history. Marketo said that Bizible's co-founders--Aaron Bird, Andy Turman, and Peter Thompson--will join the company, and operate out of Bizible's office in Seattle, which will become a satellite office for Marketo.
