ThoughtSpot Adds $145M For AI Search Tools
Palo Alto-based ThoughtSpot, a developer of artificial intelligence-driven analytics and search tools for the enterprise, has raised $145M in a Series D funding, the company said this morning. The funding came from Lightspeed Ventures, Future Fund, Khosla Ventures, and General Catalyst participated, plus new investor Sapphire Ventures. The company says it has now raised $306M in total funding. ThoughtSpot said it will use the funding in part to expand in the EMEA and APAC, plus to grow its research and development centers in Palo Alto, Seattle, Dallas, and Bangalore.
