Maintenance Connection Acquired By Accruent
Davis, California-based Maintenance Connection, a developer of computerized maintenance management software, has been acquired by Texas-based Accruent. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Accruent said the buy will help it add new cloud and mobile capabilities, plus M2M (machine-to-machine) predictive analytics tools.
