rideOS Gets $9M For Self Driving Technology
San Francisco-based rideOS, a developer of mapping and self-driving vehicle technology, has raised $9M in a Series A funding, the company said last week. The funding was led by Sequoia Capital, and also included Graph Ventures and SV Angel. Mike Vernal of Seqouia joins the company's board with the funding. Along with the funding, rideOS also said it has teamed with Ford-owned Autonomic to "address key challenges in the area of self-driving vehicle technology."
