Facebook Buys Bloomsbury AI For $30M
Mountain View-based Facebook has acquired UK-based Bloomsbury AI, a developer of natural language processing technology, for $30M, according to Facebook. Facebook said Bloomsbury's expertise will help it in its efforts in the natural language processing research area, and help it further understand natural language and its applications. Bloomsbury AI will remain in London.
