Autodesk Acquires Assemble Systems
San Rafael-based Autodesk announced this morning that it is acquiring Salem, Massachusetts-based Assembly Systems, a developer of construction software. Financial details of the cash-and-stock deal were not announced. Assemble Systems develops software used for bid management, estimating, scheduling, site management and finance.
