Netskope Acquires Sift Security
Los Altos-based cloud security software developer Netskope announced today that it has acquired Sift Security, a developer of cloud infrastructure security tools. Financial details of the acquisition, which closed in June, were not announced. Sift Security was based in Menlo Park. According to Netskope, Neil King, the CEO of Sift Security, will join the company to lead product strategy and management for Netskope for IaaS.
