Imperva Completes Prevoty Acquisition
Redwood Shores-based Imperva said on Monday afternoon that it has completed its acquisition of runtime application self-protection software developer Prevoty. Imperva had announced the acquisition in July. Imperva paid $140M in cash for Prevoty.
