Amobee Acquires Videology
Redwood City-based Amobee said this week that it has completed its acquisition of Videology, which develops software for the TV and video advertising market. Amobee paid $100M for Videology. Amobee said that Scott Ferber, the founder, Chairman, and CEO of Videology becomes Chief Innovation Officer. Amobee acquired Videology out of bankruptcy.
