Lithium Technologies Merges With Spredfast
San Francisco-based Lithium Technologies announced this morning that it has merged with Austin-based Spredfast, a developer of customer engagement software. Financial details of the merger were not announced. According to the companies, the newly merged company will be headquartered in San Francisco, with Austin being the company's largest office. Lithium Technologies is owned by Vista Equity Partners. Spredfast was venture backed by Austin Ventures, Interwest Partners, Lead Edge Capital, and OpenView Venture Partners.
